Are the products original?
Yes, all items you will find in our catalog are original products of the respective brands.

Do I have to register to place an order?
No, you do not need to register before shopping with us.

Why are different sizes at different prices for some products?
When there are large quantities left of a given size, it is possible to reduce its price in order to sell faster, but the price is not reduced for other sizes. You can take advantage of the discount only if you order the amount for which it is valid.

Can I get a tax invoice for my purchase?
Of course! You need to tick that you want to receive an invoice, and then fill in the details of the company to which it will be issued. If you do not indicate that you want an invoice or the company data is not filled in, then you will receive only a receipt for your order.

What happens if I pay for my order in advance and one of the products in it runs out?
If your order has already been paid for by card or bank, and any of the items ordered in it are exhausted before we can order it in the warehouse, we will refund the amount you paid for this product on the card / account from which you made the payment.

I ordered a product that had the last pieces left. How will I know if it will be delivered?
We process your orders as quickly as possible, making orders to the warehouse several times a day. However, it is possible that a product from which the last pieces or a limited quantity are left in the warehouse will be dropped from our order after we submit it. If this happens, we will inform you by phone, SMS or e-mail. The issue of dropping a product from the order is finally clarified before the status "Travel to Bulgaria". If you receive a notification that your order is traveling to Bulgaria, but we have not contacted you with information about the dropout of a product, it will most likely arrive and be sent to you.

Do you have a store where I can try the products?
No. The address you will find on the site is our logistics center, and it is not suitable for direct work with customers. It does not support stocks of the products shown in our catalog, so we can not offer their direct purchase on the spot or try them. All goods are located in distribution warehouses in the UK and USA, where we deliver them. However, we know that when shopping online, there is a possibility of a discrepancy between customer expectations and the actual characteristics of the product. If for one reason or another the item you purchased from us does not meet your needs, you have the right to return it to us within 14 days.

How soon will my order arrive? Can it come faster?
The products you order are delivered directly from distribution warehouses in the UK and US, which takes about 7-14 business days. When you create your order, our system will inform you in what terms you can expect it. We usually comply with the lower limit of the announced deadline, and in rare cases we manage to deliver even earlier, but we can not commit to delivery faster than the one given on the site.

Can I receive my order from your office?
We do not offer such an option, as our office is administrative and not suitable for direct work with clients. If it is not convenient to accept your order at your home or work address, we can deliver it to the nearest Speedy or Econt office, where you can receive it at a time convenient for you.

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?
It happens, although rarely, that a product with the wrong model / size or an item with a factory defect is sent to us from the warehouse. We try to inspect the goods for compliance before sending them to a customer, but this is not always possible. If you have received a wrong or defective item, contact us to check the case and offer a timely solution. It is recommended that you send us photos that clearly show the barcode, labels and defect of the problem item.
